The class includes safe and gentle yoga movements (options are always provided) on the floor and standing to build flexibility, strength (bone health), balance and mobility. Increase your breath awareness to guide the movements and calm the nervous system. Yoga Nidra - a form of guided relaxation/meditation that tabs into the subconscious mind - allows you to relax deeply and leave refreshed for the remainder of your day.
