You will learn the 12 steps of the classical Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) with adaptations as needed. You will welcome the day with this invigorating practice and complete each class with a few calming poses and a longer final relaxation. Participants should be able to come down to and up from the floor on their own or bring a stable folding/camping chair.
What to bring: Yoga mat, two blocks, a belt (can be a Yoga strap or a belt from a bathrobe), a towel that can be rolled up, warm layer for final relaxation, a folding chair if you don’t have blocks.
Small outside classes allowing for safe, physical distancing during Covid 19. Please wear comfortable, layered and adequate clothing for the weather and time of day. Feel free to wear a mask. In case of unsuitable weather, the Fire Side Room will be used as back-up (but only if we must as it is safer outside).
