Join this supportive class for women only and understand what you can learn to help yourself and improve your pelvic health.

In this class, you will:

  • Strengthen the "Core 4" (pelvic floor, diaphragm, multifidus and transverse abdominals)
  • Understand how a supple psoas supports your core and overall pelvic health
  • Improve breathing that supports pelvic health
  • Better understand the anatomy of the pelvis including bones, muscles, organs and ligaments and how they connect with the overall body
  • Find support and understanding
  • Learn that incontinence is common but not normal

Expect a brief private advance intake to allow me to better meet your goals and needs. This is a small group class and participants need to pre-register which supports the learning experience.

Instructor Regina Pfeifer (Rajeshwari) is a certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She also is a member of Pelvic Health Professionals and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance. In addition she obtained specialty training in Yoga Therapy for Pelvic Health, as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counsellor as well in Yoga of Recovery®.
