This gentle chair yoga class is safe, supportive and therapeutic. It offers agility, strength and mobility for mind and body.
If you are not comfortable in a regular yoga class or interested in trying chair yoga join Regina Pfeifer a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). We also practice mindfulness and breath awareness, mudras and often include Kirtan Kriya.
