COVID 19 - Outside Class on the upper terrace of the Vic West Community Centre - wheelchair accessible form the outside.

Chairs will be provided and will be sanitized before and after each use.

What to bring: Yoga mat (optional), a block or towel that can rolled tightly, a belt (can be a Yoga strap or a belt from a bathrobe), dress in layers to make sure you feel comfortable all the time

Great class for people who live with compromised mobility, MS, or PD, have a larger body, prepare for or recover from surgery. Improve your breathing, stress and pain management. Suitable for everyone who is looking for a mindful, supportive and therapy-informed Chair Yoga Class. No previous Yoga experience required.
